Administration Officer

Full‐time or part‐time position (0.40 FTE, 2 days per week), hybrid work model supported. Classified under HEO5 with a base salary from $84,084 plus 17% superannuation.

Overview

This role contributes to effective day‐to‐day administration, supports staff and stakeholders, and helps maintain a positive and professional service workplace.

Responsibilities

Reference the Position Description for additional duties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide day‐to‐day administrative support for staff and stakeholders.
  • Help maintain a positive and professional service environment.

Qualifications

Applicants should meet one of the following education/experience combinations:

  • Completion of a degree with no subsequent relevant work experience.
  • Completion of a diploma with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Completion of a Certificate IV with extensive relevant experience.
  • Completion of a post‐trades certificate with extensive (typically 2+ years) relevant experience.
  • Equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

Applicants should also possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to develop a conceptual understanding of relevant policies, procedures and systems, and apply them appropriately.
  • Capacity to take initiative, innovate and assume responsibility for outcomes.
  • Proficiency in setting priorities, managing workflows and meeting deadlines.

Benefits

Base salary from $84,084 plus 17% superannuation, private health insurance discount, and other benefits.
