About the Role
In this newly created role, you will:
Control internal and external project documents to meet compliance standards.
Deliver document control services aligned with stakeholder needs.
Develop and implement document control systems, templates, and registers in collaboration with the Head of Project Delivery.
Educate teams and maintain effective relationships on document requirements.
Assist in setting up consistent electronic directories and file structures.
Track versions, revisions, and changes for accuracy.
Process documentation for clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure review, registration, and distribution of documents in line with procedures.
Collaborate with project teams to align documentation with project timelines and objectives.
Monitor technical documents for review and approval.
Manage electronic and hard copy records.
Work closely with Clean TeQ Water's Project QA (FAT, Inspections, ITPs monitoring) and external stakeholders to achieve continuous improvement in document control and management.
Drive continuous improvement in document control through collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Clean TeQ Water's quality standards and audit requirements.
About You
You'll be:
An experienced Document Controller with strong document management systems and MS Office skills. Ideally, you will be familiar with engineering and construction terminology and documentation.
A great communicator (written and verbal).
Highly organized, able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and adaptable to changing project requirements.
