fantastic part time opportunity to join a not-for-profit organisation who now require a Marketing /Admin Assistant to join the team, working one day per week.
With exceptional organisational and Microsoft Office skills, the ideal person will be outgoing and self motivated, able to use their initiative to get things done with minimum supervision.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding marketing requirements
- Create eDMs via Mail Chimp and manage the client database
- Project Coordination of bi-monthly events
- Manage website content and update as required
- Maintain brand consistency with marketing collateral
Key requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing and/or Communication
- 2-3 years' minimum experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to work in within tight timeframes
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Exceptional organisation skills and a strong attention to detail
- Copywriting skills an advantage
- Proficient skills in MS Office as well as WordPress & Mail Chimp
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
