**About Monash Health**

**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented Administration officer to support our Complex Care Program and Clinics (specialising in Chronic Disease) that supports the most vulnerable people in our community. This role is integral in supporting the client's experience with Complex Care, operates from a person - centred care framework and aligns with the social model of health. Being part of the Complex Care Program, you will be responsible for ensuring Monash Health works collaboratively with the South East Public Health Unit, Refugee and Aboriginal Health and support the Better at Home initiative.

**About You**

You are a dynamic Administration Officer with a genuine passion and interest in this unique opportunity
- Strong customer service ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with an ability to liaise professionally with people at all levels
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work flexibly within a larger team and across multiple sites
- Dedicated to best practice and quality care and an advocate of Monash Health's Strategic Guiding Principles

**Looking after Our People**:

- We strive to ensure that all Monash Health work in accordance with all relevant Occupational Health and Safety, Infection Prevention & Respiratory Protection Program procedures
- Ensuring you work within the scope of practice as an Administration Officer
- Completing all mandatory and competency assessment training

**What You Need**

**Essential**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Australian working rights
- Valid Driver's licence
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Police Check

Desirable:_**
- Relevant qualifications in Administration or Office Management
- Certificate in Medical Administration
- Previous Community Administration experience
- Knowledge of HMS/Harrison, SMR, IPM and EMR
