Join this fast-paced solutions company supporting the CEO and CFO as their Executive Assistant. This role requires a highly organised, motivated and efficient individual who can work to a high standard to manage and execute tasks, prioritise and deliver managerial administrative tasks.
**Key activities**
- Diary and travel management
- Arrange and manage business meetings and liaison with Clients and Vendors
- Support CEO in delivering culture and managerial communication
- Preparation of agendas, meeting briefs, meeting itineraries (detailed) and minute taking to internal and external recipients
- Assist with report generation & preparation and editing at CEO request and CFO
- Prepare and review PowerPoint layouts for meetings and conference presentations
- Ownership of select supply relationships: travel, catering, function locations & hospitality providers
- Oversee maintainenance of office environment Maintain Parking and ID and Security access for Shared Services Office
**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role supporting executives within a small-medium enterprise
- Dynamic and driven with a forward-facing attitude
- Loyal and respectful of confidentiality
- Outcome oriented, can effectively prioritise tasks and strong focus on target achievement
- Outstanding communications skills, internal and external. Solid experience liaising with executive clientele and highly professional demeanour
- Excellent attention to detail, respectful of quality and operates with integrity
- High level of competence in Office 365 including, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
