Job Description:

Personal Assistant
. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, handling various administrative tasks for a busy musician balancing multiple creative and business ventures. Your key responsibilities will include:
Data Entry:
Manage and input data across different platforms accurately.
Email & Social Media Inbox Management:
Organize and respond to emails and messages professionally.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and maintain up-to-date calendars.
Basic Website Maintenance:
Follow protocols to maintain and update websites as needed.
Bookkeeping (Non-Accounting):
Assist with expense tracking, invoicing, and general financial record-keeping.
Online Shopping & Order Management:
Research and purchase necessary business items.
General Administrative Tasks:
Provide support for various admin-related duties across different business ventures.
Social Media Posting:
Schedule and post pre-created content on social media platforms.
Invoicing Clients:
Prepare and send invoices according to business guidelines.
Travel Logistics:
Research and organize flights, accommodations, and itineraries for travel.
Additional Tasks:
As the role evolves, other duties may be added.
Must-Haves:
Citizenship Requirement:
Open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
Independence:
Ability to work independently, especially when the client is overseas or dealing with a non-standard schedule due to late-night gigs.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in email platforms, social media tools, and calendar management.
Ability to follow protocols for bookkeeping and website updates.
Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Home Office Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following technical and home office setup criteria:
Working headset and webcam.
Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps).
Up-to-date computer system (Windows 8 or higher, or Mac OS X).
Quiet room with no distractions or background noise.
Backup plan in case of power outages or unstable internet connection during work hours.
