**About Our Client**:
Our client is a boutique financial advisory business dedicated to providing exceptional quality, personalised and confidential services to their own clients.
- Working autonomously, managing own workflow and follow-up
- On-boarding new clients and setting them up across internal and external systems
- Implementing adviser / client ad-hoc instructions (i.e. rollovers, contributions, withdrawals, etc.)
- Quality control of both client documents and client data
- General administrative duties such as binding, photocopying, scanning, collating documents, saving documents to internal document management system, data entry.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an Administration support role
- Ability to showcase high levels of attention to detail
- Diligence and pride in your work
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Outgoing, friendly & professional
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Initiative and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a similar role or experience within the financial services industry would be ideal
- Proficient across MS suit and other CRM systems
