Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain accurate and efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical.
* Provide exceptional customer service skills and phone manner when interacting with visitors and clients.
* Assist HR with reference checks of new hires and ensure timely distribution of rosters to staff.
* Utilize strong computer and typing skills - proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
Requirements:
* Experience in a relatable role with a strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and participants' plans.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously, efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
