ABOUT THE ROLE:
This 12-month FTC is a dual-role, central to the smooth running of our executive office and broader workplace. You’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and COO, manage corporate travel and events, and oversee day-to-day office operations. This includes ensuring the office environment is well-maintained, stocked, and functioning smoothly - from managing supplies and facilities to coordinating with vendors and handling visitor logistics. You’ll also be a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, helping to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide executive-level support to the CEO and COO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of agendas, documents, and minutes.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
* Manage corporate travel arrangements for executives and other team members, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and expense reconciliation.
* Plan and coordinate company events, including leadership offsites, team celebrations, and corporate functions.
* Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
* Support onboarding and coordination for visitors, new starters, and contractors.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Assist with internal communications and coordination across departments.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency and executive support.
* Liaise with the Manila-based support team for coordination of shared tasks and responsibilities.
Experience
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager supporting senior executives.
* Experience managing corporate travel and coordinating events of varying scale.
* Familiarity with office operations, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience or knowledge in the Telecommunications industry may be beneficial but is not required.
