Our client an Australian owned and operated market‑leader within the automotive electrical and portable power management industries are seeking an productive Administration Assistant at their manufacturing site in Somerton.
- Temp 4 week assignment with possible extension
- $36 per hour
- Somerton location
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm or open to school hours 9.00am - 3.00pm
Your duties will include :
- Office administration support
- Data Entry
- Managing credit returns
- Customer service via phone and email
- Managing and ordering office supplies
About YOU!
- At least 1 year of experience in an office based customer service or administrative role
- Warehouse / Dispatch Admin experience an advantage, but not essential
- Accurate data entry skills
- Experience using MS Office and ERP systems (SYSPRO ERP experience highly regarded)
- A positive, team‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
