Executive Assistant to the CEO

I’m currently partnering with a highly successful and rapidly growing healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support their agile and inspiring CEO. 
This is a rare opportunity to work at the centre of a values-driven business — providing high-level, proactive support and becoming a trusted partner to the CEO as they lead the organisation through its next phase of growth. 
About the Role 
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and stakeholder meetings 
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, ensuring smooth communication and prioritisation 
- Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations 
- Coordinate board and leadership meetings, including agendas, papers, and minutes 
- Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion 
About You 
We are seeking someone who is polished, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring: 
- 10+ years’ experience as an EA or Senior EA, ideally supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders (healthcare experience highly regarded) 
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail 
- The ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities 
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills 
- A high level of discretion and professionalism
