**Are you a highly motivated and experienced administrative leader seeking a rewarding role in a dynamic healthcare environment?**
Western Health's Division of Surgery, Endoscopy and Anaesthesia Services is seeking a dedicated Planned Surgery & Endoscopy Access Administration Manager to lead our crucial administrative functions.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient patient access to planned procedures across our multiple campuses.
**In this key leadership position, you will**:
- Oversee all administrative operations related to planned surgery and endoscopy.
- Manage patient scheduling, waiting lists, and pre-operative assessment appointments.
- Ensure accurate data management and compliance with DH policies (Planned Surgery Access, ESIS, VINAH, VAED).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of administrative professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
- Extensive experience in an administrative leadership role within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- A proven track record of successful staff management and team leadership.
- A strong understanding of planned surgery operations and patient flow.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant Department of Health policies and reporting requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
**Classification**: HS4 under the Victorian Public Sector Health & Allied Services Managers & Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025.
