About The Job
The Administrative Support Officer will work within the Professional Services team in the Knowledge Translation (KT) division to provide support for staff, students, and stakeholders. The Administration Officer will perform a variety of business administration tasks to support the various Knowledge Translation projects including Orygen RTO.
Reporting To The Senior Administration Officer, You Will
* Provide high-quality administrative support, including meeting coordination, detailed minutes, inbox management, LMS access and document preparation.
* Maintain and improve administrative systems (including SharePoint), process Webstore orders and respond to external enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Support financial processes, including accounts payable, invoice tracking, reimbursements and credit card queries.
* Coordinate travel and event logistics, including bookings, reconciliations, quotes, venue coordination and on-the-day support.
* Contribute to a collaborative team culture while upholding organisational policies and promoting a safe, inclusive workplace.
Skills and experience
The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
* Demonstrated experience in program support or administration, with exceptional organisation, time management and attention to detail.
* Advanced computer proficiency across Microsoft Office, SharePoint, databases and online platforms, with strong document formatting and proofreading skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service focus and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, exercising sound judgement, professionalism and discretion.
* Flexible, proactive and values-driven, with an understanding of the health system (ideally youth mental health) and capacity to travel as required.
* $65,000 - $70,000 base commensurate with skills and experience + 12% superannuation and $15,900 in NFP salary packaging + $2,600 meals and entertainment card.
