Exciting Executive Assistant role
Your New Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive Director. You'll play a key role in enabling the smooth operation of executive functions, coordinating complex reporting, managing key meetings, and fostering collaborative relationships across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence for Executive Directors.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items for key meetings and committees.
Coordinate the development of reports, presentations, and proposals.
Support compliance, reporting, and budget monitoring activities.
Maintain accurate and confidential records and filing systems.
Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.
Act as a liaison between directorates and internal/external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent executive support.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Proven experience in executive support or high-level administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Experience in coordinating complex documentation and reporting.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
