About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Performing administrative tasks such as work order generation, reconciliations, and financial planning support.
* Ensuring timely and quality delivery of Product Schedules.
* Liaising with Customers and Product Management to manage schedules, budgets, and service delivery.
* Contributing to customer requirements assessment and strategy development.
* Supporting tradespersons through work order management and data entry within Commonwealth Mandated Information Systems.
* Assisting management in preparing work schedules based on guidelines and priorities.
Requirements:
* Proven administrative experience.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook; SAP is highly regarded.
* Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, schedules, and information management systems.
* A positive approach to teamwork.
