About the role:
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Taskforce (the Taskforce) is the single most significant investment in the health, safety and wellbeing of Victoria Police employees. The Taskforce has been established to prevent and respond to work related injuries. The Taskforce is establishing six multi-disciplinary teams, based in hubs across the state, enhancing employee's mental health, injury prevention, early intervention, and recovery support. These newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to support Victoria Police employees.
We are now recruiting one (1) x Administration Officer to support the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Taskforce.
The Administration Officer position will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative functions and will be responsible for providing support to the Taskforce.

Your duties will include:
5. Provide a range of office and administrative support services including preparation of general correspondence, reports and file management
6. Assist with secretariat support, stationary procurement and financial processes
7. General office support as required
8. Support the implementation and ongoing operation of the multi-disciplinary teams
As the successful applicant, you will have:
9. Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and project support
10. Proven ability to work with limited supervision and the ability to prioritise workload whilst meeting strict deadlines.
11. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders and work well within a team environment
12. Well-developed written and oral communication skills and computer skills including MS Office Suite
13. Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a team environment and to contribute to change and business improvement programs

15. This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
