About The Opportunity: 
The primary purpose of this position is to support senior management by managing their schedule, communications, and administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities and high-level decision-making. 
Reporting directly to the Group General Manager some of your responsibilities will include: 
Diary management for senior executives 
Planning, coordinating, and managing domestic travel arrangements 
Preparation and administration of documentation 
Liaising with external clients, suppliers, and consultants 
Attending Management Meetings internal and external 
Coordinating internal events 
General business and personal administration and errands 
About You: 
Initiative, energy and a willingness to learn new things 
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise 
A sound knowledge of MS Office
