You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant who can provide exceptional support to our leadership team. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality results and driving business outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure all tasks are performed with meticulous attention to detail, thoroughly checking and professionally presenting all documents prepared on behalf of the Executive Team.
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholders, serving as the key point of contact for the administrative needs of the Executive General Managers.
* Negotiate and manage diary schedules and ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Executive General Managers.
* Demonstrate flexibility and creative thinking to provide effective solutions and achieve both short-term and long-term goals

About You:

* Significant experience in Executive Assistant positions, demonstrating proficiency and reliability.
* Skilled in managing relationships with senior management, internal teams, external clients, and customers.
* Extensive experience supporting executive-level management and leadership teams.
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support.
* Demonstrated ability to work in demanding situations, meeting deadlines and maintaining timeliness.
* Strong written and oral communication abilities, essential for effective interaction and coordination.
* Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and teams, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration.
