Our client, an industrial wholesaler based in Northern suburbs of Melbourne is seeking a permanent **Administration Officer**.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Sales order processing, processing of delivery information and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Administrative assistance with accounts receivable/ payable and payroll team
- Other Administrative responsibilities
- Facilitating business travel arrangements and processing of expense claims
- Preparation of non-payroll related tax returns for the ATO and state revenue authorities (eg - excise)
- Other light reporting duties / ad-hoc provision of information as required
- Filing of paperwork generated in the office
- Arrangement and catering of meetings / functions as required.
**About you**:
- Proven customer service and administration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Have the ability to prioritise tasks and organised.
