CloudMarc is hiring a Graduate / Entry Level Project Office Administration Officer

We are looking for someone at the very start of their career who wants real responsibility, real exposure, and real growth.

This is a hands-on administration and coordination role supporting CloudMarc Account Managers, leadership team, and our clients where required. You will be at the centre of keeping activities organised, tracked, communicated, and moving forward.

If you are someone who likes structure, action, and accountability, this role will suit you.

What you will be doing

* Supporting account and management teams with day-to-day administration and coordination
* Tracking actions, following up commitments, and ensuring nothing slips
* Managing communication across internal teams and client stakeholders
* Preparing updates, maintaining records, and keeping information organised and current
* Identifying risks, issues, or delays early and escalating appropriately
* Looking for better ways to do things and helping improve processes

Location

This is a full time, in-office role, five days per week.

Your time will be split across offices in Camberwell and Burnley, depending on operational needs.
