What you'll need to succeed
* Deliver comprehensive executive support, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements and managing high‐level correspondence.
* Provide administrative support to boards, committees and governance functions, including document preparation, meeting coordination, agenda management, creating reports and accurate minute‐taking.
* Plan and deliver internal complex events and catering such as staff workshops, team activities and large organisational conferences.
* Support financial processes including detailed expense reconciliation, invoice processing, finance administration and compliance tasks.
* Provide efficient technical support by maintaining and troubleshooting system issues, while also updating key organisational platforms including CRM systems, asset registers and confidential student or staff databases.
* Oversee day‐to‐day office operations, including facilities coordination and provide administrative assistance across the team, including document creation, file management and ad hoc tasks.
* Support project activities to ensure timely, high‐quality delivery of educational and organisational initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen engagement and support strategic priorities.
About You
* An Executive Assistant with a positive attitude who supports the team with any task that arises, while confidently fulfilling the proactive, adaptable and forward‐thinking responsibilities required to thrive in a fast‐paced, ever‐changing environment.
* Skilled in supporting governance functions including committee coordination, document preparation, agenda management and minute‐taking.
* Insightful, clear communicating and confident, able to work autonomously while consistently delivering dependable contributions to organisational objectives.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems, enabling you to streamline processes and support digital capability across the team.
* Familiar with organisational performance measures and committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
* Proven experience in executive‐level support and office operations, paired with exceptional organisational skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Proactive and solutions‐focused, with a willingness to step in, problem‐solve and support colleagues with a positive attitude.
* Experience in education or the not‐for‐profit sector is highly regarded, along with the ability to anticipate needs and drive outcomes.
