Senior Associate - Disaster Recovery - VIC
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to lead and grow a disaster recovery infrastructure capability in VIC, working as part of a national team delivering major DRFA and resilience programs.
This role combines market leadership with technical delivery, allowing you to shape opportunities, win work, and guide the delivery of infrastructure that helps communities recover after natural disasters.
The Role
You will act as a market leader in disaster recovery infrastructure, responsible for building relationships, winning projects and supporting delivery. The role combines business development and market growth as well as technical leadership and project delivery. You will also play a key role in establishing and growing a local ERM team while collaborating closely with the national delivery group.
What You'll Be Working On
Projects focus on disaster recovery and infrastructure resilience, including:
* Flood and cyclone reconstruction works
* Road and pavement failures
* Geotechnical slips and slope stabilisation
* Drainage and infrastructure remediation
* Infrastructure resilience upgrades
These projects play a vital role in helping communities recover and rebuild stronger.
About You
You are a recognised engineering leader with strong experience in DRFA or disaster recovery infrastructure programs.
You will likely bring
* 15–20+ years' civil or geotechnical engineering experience
* Strong DRFA or disaster recovery project experience
* Established relationships with government and contractor networks
* Strong commercial awareness and business development capability
