About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide confidential support to our CEO, manage projects and strategic initiatives, and act as secretariat for internal committees.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Administrative and Operational Support:
* First point of contact for the Office of the CEO
* Manage internal and external communications
* Coordinate the CEO's schedule, meetings, correspondence, briefing papers, and reports
* Manage operational budgets, contracts, and resources
Project and Operational Coordination:
* Lead and implement projects for the CEO, tracking milestones and deliverables
* Undertake research, analyse data, and prepare project status reports
Committee Secretariat:
* Act as secretariat for designated internal committees and working groups
* Ensure governance processes are followed and provide advice on compliance
Support and Advisory Functions:
* Investigate, design, and implement plans to support operational objectives
* Provide high-level advice to the CEO based on strategic analysis of business performance data
* Develop and review major policies, objectives, and strategies
Stakeholder Management:
* Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, government, industry partners, and key stakeholders
* Operate independently, using professional judgment to deliver significant outcomes
Selection Criteria:
* Proven experience supporting a CEO or Senior Executive in a complex organisation
* Extensive experience in executive support, project management, or organisational leadership at a senior level
Skills and Capabilities:
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

* Proven project management skills
