We are a busy growing bookkeeping firm based in Camberwell.
We need a tech savvy, fast learning multi-tasker, who loves a busy fast-paced environment.
Must be eager to learn new software and have a keen interest in numbers
The role includes:
Email management & correspondence
Client liaison including preparing proposals and digital onboarding
Managing work load using Asana and Karbon and ensuring all tasks are complete / assigning tasks to staff and working closely with the team
ATO lodgements
Assisting whenever required in Xero, MYOB, Deputy, DEXT, Leap - this could be data entry, payrolls
Documenting meetings
The successful candidate must has a positive can-do attitude and enjoy working as a team.
This role is not suitable for someone who likes to work independently.
