**Personal Assistant**
- ** Provide administrative assistance to the Head of General Surgical Specialities**:

- ** Full time ongoing position, 80 hours per fortnight with money ADOs (an additional day off every month)**:

- ** Based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, City Campus**
- The department of General Surgical Specialties is the largest surgical department and consists of the HPB & Upper GI unit, Colorectal Unit, Nephrology Surgery Unit, Breast & Endocrine Unit, Emergency General Surgery & Trauma Services.

**Your new role**:

- Maintain administrative services for the department of General Surgical Specialties and support the head of the department
- Provide professional front of house reception and administrative services to support the smooth running of the department
- Assist with the coordination and running of meetings, completing books, minutes and agendas
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment of new staff members in the department

**About you**:

- Excellent organisational skills and be comfortable prioritising and meeting multiple demands
- Excellent customer service skills and a high standard of both written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated relevant administrative experience and ability to work in a confidential area
