**The School**

anzuk are working with a high achieving co-educational Independent School located in the southern suburbs of Melbourne.

**The Opportunity**

**Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principal**
Hours: 7.45am - 4.15pm

Full time parental leave replacement for a minimum of three years.

The role includes four weeks annual leave plus College deemed shut down days, usually four per year. (It is expected that annual leave will be taken during school holiday periods.)

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the College Calendar and Deputy Principal's diary
- Event Management - In consultation with the Deputy Principal; coordinate bookings and organisation of all College functions ensuring that adequate notice is given for events and that clashes and undue demands on students, staff and parents are avoided
- Preparation of agendas/minutes for various committees as chaired by the Deputy Principal
- Arranging interviews, letters of appointment and staff appointment notices when required

**Knowledge Skills & Abilities**:

- Must hold, or be willing to obtain a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Advanced use of the Microsoft suite of products (Mail Merge, Outlook Calendar)
- Ability to prioritise work and work to a tight timeline with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students and colleagues from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- In accordance with Victorian Government Health Directions, COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Directions (No. 13), proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of employment and must be provided prior to commencing._
