**About the Role**
This exciting patient facing role is responsible for providing a customer focused service to Monash Health patients, their families/carers, visitors and staff attending the Clinical Trials Centre. Working in a busy team based environment, the position requires efficiency in all aspects of administration and reception duties. The role is multi-skilled and will encompass admissions and discharges, answering phone inquiries, booking patient appointments, setting up outpatient clinics and general administration/reception duties.
- Play a key role in supporting the efficient management of a busy centre dedicated to clinical trials
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Create an excellent first impression of Monash Health by providing a friendly, courteous and professional greeting to all that come to the Clinical Trials Centre
**About The MHTP Clinical Trials Centre**
The MHTP Clinical Trials Centre is located in Monash Medical Centre within the Monash Health Translation Precinct. This unique, specialised Centre has 21 treatment chairs, 8 beds and 10 consulting rooms offering clinical support to the numerous research/trial units within Monash Health, catering to all phases of clinical trials. Voluntary patients with malignant and non-malignant disease are treated with investigational products, administered by varying methods of delivery. Our goal is to contribute to the advancement of research success by providing high quality care.
We are seeking an ongoing full time Administration/Customer Service Officer to join our uniquely specialised Centre.

What You Need:
- Experience in Hospital Administration is desirable
- proficiency using Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
