Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant organization who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Switchboard Operator to join a great team.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls via digital call switchboard.
- Answer, screen, forward Phone calls and queries for the Business
- Delivering assistance in a polite, clear, well-spoken and calm manner in all circumstances
- Performing routine clerical duties as required by the Manager
- Office administration, Data Entry, Book Keeping
**S**kills we are looking for**:
- Someone with experience in a Hospital or a Health Organisation would be advantageous
- Friendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners.
- Well presented, hardworking and enjoys helping people.
- Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Photoshop.
- Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.
