About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join our Melbourne office and provide high-quality support to a team of lawyers and business service professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developing Executive Assistant who is looking to step into a fast-paced, professional environment where no two days are the same. You will work closely with stakeholders across the firm and gain exposure to a broad range of legal and operational work.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing documents and files across multiple legal matters
* Preparing correspondence and drafting/supporting the production of matter-related documents
* Coordinating briefs and liaising with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
* Diary and inbox management to support effective workflow
* Assisting with monthly billing, time entry and account reconciliation
* Coordinating travel, accommodation and meeting logistics
* Providing general administrative and organisational support across the team
About You
We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised and eager to develop their career as an EA in a high-performing environment.
You will bring:
* Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally within a professional services setting
* Exposure to billing or financial processes (or a willingness to learn)
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
* Clear written and verbal communication
* A proactive mindset, sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
