Premier Cabinet Doors manufactures custom-made painted and vinyl doors for cabinet makers across WA. We're a busy, growing team that values accuracy, good communication, and people who enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
We're looking for an Office Administrator who's comfortable with data entry, learing CNC programming (we will train you) and help keep our office and production workflow organised. If you like variety, structure and being the person others rely on for clear information, you'll fit right in.
About the Role
The role blends admin, data entry and technical support for our CNC programming process. You don't need prior CNC experience - just confidence with computers and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with our production team to make sure jobs are set up correctly and information flows where it needs to.
What You Will Be Doing
* Enter CNC programs and job details into our system (training provided)
* Handle data entry with a high level of accuracy
* Review job sheets and drawings to ensure correct information
* Communicate with the production team to keep jobs moving
* Assist with general office tasks such as filing, documentation, and scheduling
* Answer phones and help with customer enquiries when needed
* Update job progress and maintain clean, organised records
* Support improvements to office and production processe
What You Bring
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational habits
* Confidence with computers and learning new systems
* Clear communication skills — written and verbal
* Ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy
* A friendly, team-focused attitude
Nice to Have (but not essential)
* Experience in manufacturing, production, or a technical environment
* Familiarity with CNC, CAD/CAM, or similar systems
* Customer service experience
