This position will be located within the Learning Design and Innovation unit, which resides in the Digital Transformation and Quality portfolio. The unit is responsible for developing strategic directions in digital learning solutions, cross curricula learning design and development, the use of educational technologies and physical learning environments at VU.
About the Team
This position sits within the clinic administration workstream which supports a number of other VU student health clinics across the College of Sport, Health and Engineering.
About the Role
The overall purpose of the Clinic Administration Officer role is to provide a high level of administrative support to the Victoria University Clinical Exercise Rehabilitation (VUCER) clinic team and student practitioners with their clinical placement requirements ensuring all clinic systems and operations are running efficiently. The clinic provides essential exercise and rehabilitation services to people from local communities with chronic medical conditions. This role is a very important first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and requires excellent organisational skills, a high level of confidentiality and independence. There is also a requirement to work on campus to support the clinic operations.
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a busy office/clinic environment, a positive attitude, be well presented, proactive and committed to providing exceptional support to our staff, students and clients. This supporting clinic role requires a flexible and friendly individual who has experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, effectively prioritises tasks, works collaboratively with others, and is able to adapt to changing work demands. There is also a requirement to work on campus to support the clinic operations and to provide and maintain the currency of your Police Check and Working with Children Check .

HEP 5, $79,135 - $90,899 classification +17% superannuation
