AESG is an independent fire safety auditor located in Ivanhoe with over 1500 clients nationwide. We are committed to ensuring that Australians know their properties are fire safe. We are expanding our office staff to meet our growing and diverse client base and looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our office team.

What we're looking for:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to play a key role in the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple administrative responsibilities. You'll be the kind of person who thrives in a dynamic setting, can adapt to daily changes, and enjoys delivering high-quality support both independently and as part of a team.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

1. Reviewing and quality-checking reports
2. Managing inbound and outbound phone calls
3. Monitoring and responding to email correspondence
4. Maintaining client records and ensuring data accuracy
5. Scheduling appointments and coordinating with internal teams
6. Building and maintaining positive client relationships

What you'll need:

1. Proven experience in an office administration role
2. Strong organisational and time-management skills
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication
4. Friendly and professional phone manner
5. High attention to detail and accuracy
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
7. Proficiency in data entry and general computer applications
