Company This company is a true industry success story, who are a leading national contractor in the construction of major water and energy pipeline construction projects across Australasia. Having successfully delivered many major projects, they are at the forefront of the industry and are now seeking a document controller for a 4-month contract to cover Mat leave.
Role
As a document controller, you will be responsible for the administration, updating, maintenance, filing and distribution of documentation to assist the team in delivering projects. Working closely with the management team, you will ensure that documents are formulated correctly, provide quality feedback, review documents and ultimately ensure that all documents produced meet standards/expectations. 
In addition to document control, your role will assist with project administration, accounts data entry and other administration duties.
Background
To secure this immediate 4-month contract, we are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of three years/' experience in the engineering/construction industry in a document controllers/' position with bonus points for Oil & Gas project experience. 
In addition, we are seeking a candidate with experience using Aconex, eBentley, strong time management skills, a good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This role is based in the Melbourne and requires the successful candidate to work in the office 5 days per week.

Qualifications
