This role puts you in a management role.
- Being a point of contact for any suppliers, contractors, employers and employees regarding policies and processes;
- Store upkeep and maintenance across different locations
- Providing support in training and compliance
- Daily health and safety and compliance checks and reports
- Assisting in store openings
- Providing daily logístical support (dropping prep to sites)
- Upkeeping food quality control
- Minimising food wastage
- Helping create systems and processes to reduce cogs
- Acting as an emergency fill in
- Providing assistance with equipment breakdown
- POS cash management
- Daily sales cash management
- Banking support
- Ensure the daily and weekly checklists are completed by staff for the venue
- Overseeing all general day to day operations to ensure everything is in compliance with company policy and standards
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
