Business Services Coordinator
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the ANZ Electrophysiology Team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum three years' experience in a senior administrative role and must have a demonstrated ability to manage communication and administrative requirements between a local affiliate and an Area/Division Regional Office.
Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the General Manager and assist with meetings, expense management, and travel arrangements.
* Field Stock Management: Responsible person for field stock management, healthcare compliance and audit.
* Communication: Liaise with third party vendors, process invoices for ANZ and attend company sales meetings and customer events as required.
* Logistics: Organise National Sales Conference, Mid-year conference, and ensure the storeroom is kept in good order.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Senior Administrative Experience: Minimum three years' experience in a senior administrative role.
* Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage communication and administrative requirements between a local affiliate and an Area/Division Regional Office.
