**The Company**
Our client is a modern and progressive growing boutique accounting firm located in the Inner West. They specialise in business services, self-managed super funds and tax accounting and have a wide variety of different clients they deal with.
**Some of your duties include but not limited to**:
- Updating client and company information
- Managing job flow
- Maintaining client database and updating when relevant
- Strong client / customer focus & ability to build strong relationships
- Processing daily client correspondence
- ATO follow ups with assessment notices
- Compiling tax information
- Scheduling appointments
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with queries
**About you**:
- **At least 1+ year's experience in a similar role within an accounting firm is highly essential**:
- Interested in furthering your administrative career
- Knowledge of Xero, HandiSOFT and Now Infinity
- Strong time management skills
- High attention to detail
