As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised EA / Office Manager to support the Founder/Director across both business and personal tasks. This is a pivotal role that will help streamline operations, manage day-to-day admin and ensure projects and priorities stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue purchase orders for approved projects
- Maintain project tracking and coordinate supplier communication
- Prepare and distribute installation packs and documentation
- Schedule installers and organise site access, permits and equipment hire
- File project documentation, photos and invoices
- Schedule and manage social media content
- Coordinate client events and gifting
- Assist with marketing collateral and presentation decks
- Manage calendar, emails and reminders
- Organise travel, meetings and logistics
- Coordinate office environment including supplies and maintenance
- Maintain accurate, well organised digital filing across SharePoint and Teams
- Assist with general personal admin, scheduling and documentation for the Founder/Director
About You
You’re organised, proactive and thrive in a quick‑paced, hands‑on environment. You enjoy variety, take initiative and get satisfaction from keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll Bring
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in providing administrative, business support/coordination
- Highly developed Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint)
- Experience in a team environment in a position requiring a high degree of autonomy and flexibility
- Proven experience in working to deadlines and managing tight and/or conflicting timeframes
