Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to support our Investment Sales business in Melbourne.
This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to local and global clients, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
* The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial real estate or corporate services.
Candidates should possess advanced Microsoft Office skills and financial acumen, with the ability to manage executive-level administration, including emails, calendar management, travel bookings, and report preparation.
* Liaising with internal departments and external vendors will be essential in ensuring smooth business operations.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing POs, invoices, expense management, and financial forecasting/reporting.
