I’m currently partnering with a highly successful and rapidly growing healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support their dynamic and inspiring CEO.

About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will:
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and stakeholder meetings
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, ensuring smooth communication and prioritisation
Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinate board and leadership meetings, including agendas, papers, and minutes
Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
About You
We are seeking someone who is polished, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring:
10+ years’ experience as an EA or Senior EA, ideally supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders (healthcare experience highly regarded)
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
A high level of discretion and professionalism
