Administrative Support Professional
This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fast-paced office environment.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal teams, including collating and preparing briefs, handling photocopying, scanning, printing, archiving, retrieving, and court filing.
* You will also be involved in managing document/package delivery, collection, and data transfer to/from USB, CD, and other drives.
* Maintenance of office cleanliness and restocking printers and stationery are also key responsibilities.
* In addition, you will provide reception backup and assist with meeting room setup.
* Mail handling and supporting the Office Manager as needed are also essential duties.
* You will work closely with the secretarial team, assisting with data entry, electronic filing (iManage), and document preparation.
* Drafting basic correspondence using templates and transcribing dictations are also important tasks.
