Job Title: Administrative Assistant — Centre Support
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This role will be based in a childcare centre, providing support to the Centre Director and delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our childcare centre
* Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining open communication with families and colleagues
* Support business operations, including handling tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
Requirements:
1. A current VIC Working with Children Check is mandatory for this position
2. A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service skills is essential; candidates should have previous experience working directly with children or young adults (or similar) under their care ('prior direct interaction/communication exp useful') would also greatly aid success i n this r ole !, Candidates without both must stay ready to go through In-service Initial-Mandatory Early Childhood online Seminar we Provide); Prior response knowledge desired but not necessary.
