We have an awesome culture, we pride ourselves on safety, precision, innovation, and big plans for growth. We are looking for a PA/Office Manager who wants to be part of the growth story too.


The Role

As our PA/Office Manager, you'll be the engine room of the business. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role where you keep the office running smoothly, support the team, own our systems and processes, and provide one on one support to the General Manager.

You'll be trusted, empowered and have real influence over how the business operates. This is a full-time, office-based role in the Docklands, suited to someone who thrives on being present, proactive and connected to the team.


Who We\'re Looking For

* Someone who is willing to grow and is deeply invested in learning. You will already have previous experience in a similar role but are looking for your next challenge and a higher level of responsibility.
* A dynamic and proactive individual who shows initiative and makes things happen behind the scenes – you will be able to think through scenarios and come up with viable solutions without having to consult every step of the way.
* Resilience with a focus on positive outcomes and the bigger picture.
* A1 attention to detail. You will leave nothing to chance.
* Curiosity about entrepreneurship, operations, and company building.
* A tech-savvy person – you will be comfortable using productivity tools to enhance the life of the General Manager
* Someone with the ability to manage routine transactional tasks such as banking, handling payment information for authorisations, managing subscriptions, vendors and accounts.


About You

You're a natural organiser with a go-getter mindset. You like variety, responsibility and being involved in all areas of a business.

You:

* Rarely think something is "too hard" - you work out how to do it
* Take ownership and follow things through
* Enjoy supporting others and making teams more effective
* Are comfortable juggling priorities and wearing multiple hats

Formal qualifications are valued, but attitude, capability and initiative matter more .
