**Executive Assistant**
Altitude is seeking an Executive Assistant for a full time permanent role.
Located in the Eastern Suburbs, this is a highly reputable organisation who are Australia's trusted automation access wholesaler who pride themselves on their commitment to quality and innovation.
Working directly for the Director and CFO, you will be responsible for managing their day-to-day.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
- Engaging with stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner that is in line with the GM's personal brand;
- Assist with expenses and invoices
- Project research
- Event coordination;
- Handling travel arrangements;
- Coordinating and assisting with presentations, meetings, agenda, and minutes;
- Ad hoc personal support
**Requirements**:
To be successful for this role you will have proven experience working in a similar role. In addition to this you will have:
- Own transport advised (office not close to public transport)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong diary management and organisational skills
- Ability to work and engage with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels
- Proficient in MS Office suite
