Administrative Assistant - Payroll Operations
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Payroll Operations team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage employee data, including onboarding, terminations, and changes to salary or benefits.
* Prepare and distribute paychecks, as well as process any adjustments or corrections.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including timesheets and leave balances.
* Collaborate with senior staff to resolve payroll-related issues and implement process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and labor laws.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
* Minimum 2 years experience in payroll or administrative role.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
