Disputes Lawyer – Debt Recovery
We are seeking an experienced disputes lawyer to join our collaborative team in Melbourne. As a debt recovery lawyer, you will be responsible for managing debt recovery files, drafting court documents and appearing in court.
* Drafting and filing legal documents
* Representing clients in court proceedings
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in disputes or investigations and possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
