We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support one of the most senior executives within ASIC.

- Salary commensurate with skills and experience + 15.4% superannuation

Responsibilities
- Provide front‑line representation and efficient support to the senior leader, often externally facing as well as internally.
- Manage the senior leader’s daily schedule, calendar, meeting commitments and briefing documentation proactively.
- Deliver advanced administrative support, prioritising information, drafting correspondence, compiling briefings and managing records across digital platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including diaries, room and equipment booking, and collating and distributing meeting material.
- Arrange travel and accommodation and administer related expenditure.
- Provide cover for other senior leaders as required, coordinate local support for travelling senior leaders and perform ad‑hoc support tasks.
About You
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant with a proven track record supporting an organisation’s most senior executive in complex, fast‑paced environments. You will bring high‑level administrative expertise, advanced technological proficiency, and the professionalism needed to work confidently across government, industry and regulatory agencies. Your ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs and exercise sound judgement will be pivotal to success.
Key Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with SharePoint or similar systems.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
- Exceptional discretion, integrity and professionalism.
- Experience preparing papers, briefings and travel logistics for senior stakeholders.
