Administration Officer
Key role in the commercial and technical operations of an organisation, responsible for providing administrative support.
* Workflow processing: Receive, process and respond to requests for goods or services, including RFQs and purchase orders.
* Administrative tasks: Assist with month-end invoice reconciliations, debt control, supplier invoicing and expense claim processing.
* Coordination: Assist with coordination of RF awareness training.
* Ad-hoc tasks: Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to banking, stationery, mail etc.
Excellent customer service skills are required to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. High attention to detail, sound written and verbal communications skills, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, excellent organisational and time management skills, competencies in MS Office products Word, Excel and Outlook, ability to work discretely with sensitive and confidential information, experience in an office environment (desirable), good understanding of accounting systems (desirable).
