Operating from Mulgrave, they are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their Team in a full-time capacity.
**Your new role**
In addition to general administrative work, the EA responsibilities include taking charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintain relevant databases and systems, producing reports and presentations. You will also be required to:
- Be the first point of contact for the CEOs and ensure that the CEO's office is represented at the right level, and with the right tone.
- Run the day-to-day administration activities on behalf of the CEOs/ Directors office.
- Act as a representative of the CEO office to all stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO's diary, which includes preparing for deadlines, company events, pre-alignment meetings, consolidation of financial reports, coordinating the Finance department managers, etc.
- Support the preparation of financial PowerPoint presentations, agenda's and minutes for meetings.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn, proven work ethic and preferably experience as an Executive Assistant. You will also need:
- You must have previously supported at C-suite level, ideally within financial services or banking industries.
- Be able to illustrate how you have strategically prioritised in the past in a similar role (EA for a Director) on varying business matters and highlighting how you have planned ahead to prepare an executive (e.g. CEO office) for upcoming deadlines.
- Experience in budget management and report analysis.
- Mandatory experience within a finance department and proven ability in liaising with stakeholders on financial topics.
- Experience in developing relationships with key stakeholders with the ability to manage client and contractor relationships.
- Experience in corporate travel management (domestic & international) and managing travel supplier service agreements.
