Administrative Assistant - Quality Management System
The role of the Administrative Assistant in a Quality Management System involves ensuring timely and accurate data formatting and input. This includes equipment lists, controlled documentation, checklists, and other data for the Shared Pathway service.
This position requires direct support and guidance from the Single QMS Implementation Project Officer and Quality Manager to maintain tightly controlled data input. Full training will be provided on the use of the new Quality Management System.
* Strong data entry/input skills
* Proficiency in Windows-based environments and Microsoft Office suite software
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Understanding of document control principles
* Document management experience is desirable
* Experience using Quality Management Systems software is desirable
