The Role
We're seeking a detail‑driven Document Controller to join a leading Defence project delivery team. You'll play a vital role in coordinating and managing large volumes of project documentation across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. This newly created role has been introduced to support an increase in project activity — an exciting opportunity to make a real impact from day one. What You'll Be Doing
* Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation
* Maintain registers, version control, and tracking across multiple systems (SharePoint, Aconex, etc.)
* Coordinate documentation flow between engineering, design, commercial, and project delivery teams
* Support project staff to comply with document control standards and procedures
* Prepare reports and assist with administrative project support
* Coordinate and deliver practical completion documentation
We're Looking For
* Australian Citizen
* 3–5 years' experience in document control within engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities
* Confident working in fast‑paced, high‑volume project environments
* Police check required prior to commencement
* Proficiency with document management systems such as SharePoint or Aconex
